Join us for an inspiring panel discussion hosted by the New Jersey Symphony at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, featuring the illustrious soprano Renée Fleming. This event, "Music and Mind," will delve into the profound impact of the arts on human health and cognitive function. Renée Fleming will lead a conversation exploring the transformative power of music and the arts in the realms of rehabilitation, cognitive development, and public health.

Esteemed experts from diverse fields will join Renée to examine the intersection of music, mental health and neuroscience, including singer/songwriter and behavioral scientist Dr. Tasha Golden and Senior Director of Arts and Well-Being at NJPAC Aly Maier Lokuta. Together, they will illuminate the therapeutic potential of music and unveil the scientific mechanisms that underlie its influence on the brain.

After the panel, Renée Fleming will sign copies of her critically acclaimed anthology, Music and Mind: Harnessing the Arts for Health and Wellness.
