Spring Gala

Manhattan Theatre Club’s Spring Gala took place on Monday, May 20, 2024.

Manhattan Theatre Club counts on donations from individuals like you to be able to produce a season of meaningful storytelling by urgent voices speaking to our moment.

Exciting new work like Jaja’s African Hair Braiding, Prayer for the French Republic, Poor Yella Rednecks, Brooklyn Laundry, and most recently Mary Jane can only happen with your contributions. It has been a transformative year at MTC, and, with your generous support, we are able to dream bigger and reach further.

$3,000 covers ticket costs for 45 young people to attend a Family Matinee for free.

$10,000 is spent each year for one school to participate in the TheatreLink program, a distance learning theatre program for high school students.

$20,000 can cover the cost of one school to participate in Write On the Edge, MTC’s high school playwriting residency program.
