This is my second year in First Stage's award-winning high school actor training program, the Young Company. Young Company has been one of the richest and most-fulfilling opportunities of my life. I have gained profound training from incredible teachers and found life-long friends. Young Company also provides trips such as the annual trip to the American Players Theater in Spring Green, where students are immersed in glorious theater and experience a total refresh while spending time in the woods with their company. They also take a team of students every year to the Utah Shakespeare Festival, to compete, and again be introduced to theater produced all over the country. I had the honor of going on both trips last year, and they were truly life-changing. Help support the Young Company, so they can continue providing these remarkable opportunities to students!
