Hey crew! I'm Lucy, and Young Company has been one of the best things I've been a part of my four years of High School. I've learned so much, made lifelong friends, and been a part of different theater experiences I never expected. As I head off to pursue a BFA in Acting at Columbia College Chicago, I've been reflecting on everything that YC has given me, especially in the Shakespeare realm. I've been involved in three Shakespeare shows with YC, and on the Utah and APT trips twice, all of which have given me new friends and a new perspective on how I approach a new piece of text. Donating helps YC continue to go on these life changing trips and produce our annual classical show.
