Put your products before the select audience at Dallas Black Dance Theatre’s DanceAfrica Festival!

Deadline for Vendor Registration is October 2, 2023.
  • Klyde Warren Park does not allow the use of personal tents.
  • Vendors cannot stake anything (i.e. signs, product racks) into the ground/lawn.
  • Electricity is not available.
  • All fees are non-refundable.

No refunds for inclement weather.

Vendor must check-in by 9:00 AM as patrons are expected to be at the festival as early as 9:45 AM. Tables must be staffed throughout the entire festival. Payment for the table must be received BEFORE a table is assigned to each vendor. DBDT makes every effort to provide a safe venue; however, DBDT will assume no responsibility for injury during your attendance, as well as acts of nature.

There is no vending honorarium or sale guarantee provided.
