Our vision for the new Doris Duke Theatre is that it will be a place of possibility, a blank slate with greater flexibility, an enhanced ability to bridge the indoors and outdoors, with the presence of technology that allows artists to think differently about the placement and relationship between performer and audience.

The new theater is the cornerstone of the Pillow’s future and is essential as we rebuild even more bravely than before in support of artists and the dance field.
