Garden Glow Ticket Exchange Request

Use this form to move your individual tickets to a different date. Exchanges are for the same number of tickets you currently hold. Group tickets aren't eligible.

Please submit your request at least three (3) business days before your new date. Weekends and holidays don't count toward those three (3) days. Exchanges depend on availability, so we can't guarantee your preferred date if it sells out. Whenever possible, we'll book you in the earliest time slot on your new date, and you're welcome to arrive any time after that.

We'll process requests in the order received and send your updated tickets. A $20 exchange fee will be charged automatically to the active credit card on your account.
