Garden Glow Ticket Exchange Request

This form is intended for exchanging the same number of individual, not group, tickets you currently hold, to a different date. Requests must be submitted at least three (3) days in advance of your desired new date. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and preferred dates are not guaranteed in the event of sellouts. If your original ticket time is unavailable, we will assign the closest available time on your selected date (within 1.5 hours).
