Team Member

Born in Chicago, where I attended traditional schooling during the week and Ukrainian school every Saturday, I spent my most formative years in Door County, Wisconsin. I moved to Pittsburgh in 2012 to earn a Master’s in Arts Management at Carnegie Mellon University. For those that may not know, the New Guard is a group of young professionals at the Pittsburgh Opera with a passion and dedication not only to the craft, but also to the growth and sustainability of the arts in Pittsburgh. What started as a small faction of individuals led to the formation of the New Guard, a statement to the resolve of our passion for the arts. Within its ranks, New Guard members span multiple industries and infuse our group with a multitude of skills and experiences. This group is a testament to our generation’s commitment and support of the Opera, and I am proud to be a member of this group.
