Pittsburgh Opera is the seventh oldest opera company in the United States. Most people are already familiar with the amazing sports teams we have in Pittsburgh, and more people are now becoming increasingly aware of the world class opera company we have. One of my greatest joys in Pittsburgh has been leading the New Guard - which is compromised of talented young professionals from all walks of life.
